EAnG B3E: Bon Odori

The Japanese day, Bon Odori that i missed last year was coming back this year...

Of course i'm not going to miss the chance this year.

It was around 6pm, my coursemates and i was waiting in front of KFC for the bus.

Along the way in the bus, i was quite exited as i thought that it must be very japanized! haha..

But... (=.=) this is the only expression that i can show once i get down from the bus.

The whole bon odori event was so so so Penang Feel! Now let's the picture shows you the thousand complaints i made...!!

Those above were the stalls that i saw when i first step to the so-called Japanese street!

Is Japan coming out with a new flavour of food? Is it that Thai Fried Rice included? LOLZ..

Couldn't believe also that nestle ice cream sold there and cost you RM 4 per cone!

The whole street was flooded with the crowd. Me and my friends were seperated very soon as it's true that very hard to stick in a gang and walk in a crowd! Hence, me and siew yen, my KL frenz accompany each other throughout the whole night. Sounds chamnya~ LOLz..

Dear.. where were you that time? Somewhere out at the sea? haha..

Okay, back to my story... Stomach started to growl wildly.. Telling me that it's time for FOOD!!

Well, we both shared a RM20 coupon and i guess that will be more than enough for two girls.

Mana tau!! All the food there cost RM 3 to 4 averagely. =.=''
What a day with all the JERKS around!! How come soo expensive?

It was really headache enough to be a genius consumer on that day. Me and Siew Yen did survey on every stall's pricing before having our dinner! Oh~ this was so irritating! Eventually, we found that almost all the Japanese-related stalls were selling fried food!! Even sushi also very less.

Finally, this was what we chose and shared it together!!

1) Penang Chao Kueh Kak (My favourite!! hee..)

2) Soda Drink (cheat people 1.. Only the bottle looks special and cost me 4 bucks)

3) Even the Pokka Green Tea is much more worth drinking it.

4) A stick of "Chuin Siu"... the unfully feel chicken stick that cost me RM 3.

5) The another unworthy dumplings which is tasteless ones that cost us RM 5!

6) Our dessert... Jelly! LOLZ..

Haha.. After seeing what i had on that day was quite rubbish right? No choice! As two people managed to use only RM 30 coupon can be considered a successful consumer on that jerky day!

Well, not to forget that we had several random chamwhore sessions too! hee.. I guess this is the first time i'm taking photo with you, Siew Yen.. heee..

Basically, people were all hanging around because of the fireworks event at 10pm.

We met up with yngjye they all to ~~blow water~~ enjoy the firework's moment together.

Oh yea.. Then, here comes my another complaint ---> The performance!!

Throughout the whole bon odori, the performance had been kept repeated and they were singing rasa sayang as well. Swt la wei... It shouldn't be soo Malaysian style of bon odori! Besides, i heard from my friends that the performance has been repeated since ~~few years ago~~ last year.

Hmm, nevermind, I'll take this as an experience for me!! haha.. Well, there's only one thing i was so envy which was the yukata that the girls wore. So nice and pretty!! I wanted to have one too!! But it must be originated from Japan! hahaha..

Neway, finally there came the fireworks...!!!
